Anna Tara Andrésdóttir is a PhD student in the University of Barcelona with a focus on females with ADHD.

She has a BS degree in psychology and a diploma in gender studies from the University of Iceland as well as a master‘s degree in Research in Behaviour and Cognition from the University of Barcelona.

She is passionate about ADHD and understands well how much it can affect people‘s lives if not managed properly. Since ADHD is the most treatable disorder in psychiatry it is important that people with ADHD receive effective treatment to get the quality of life that they deserve.
